FOUNDER—MANAGING PARTNER

Ethan has dynamic, hands-on experience in hotel and restaurant development. Responsibilities have ranged from design/construction project management, to asset management, to revenue management. Prior to launching Après Whitefish, Ethan was managing the development pipeline and renovations at Sweetgreen, based in Los Angeles, CA. Ethan received his BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Design and Development.

MANAGING PARTNER

LeRoy has over a decade of real estate investing and asset management experience, with an emphasis on the hospitality sector. LeRoy has completed over $2.0 billion of hotel acquisitions and dispositions in his prior investing and advisory roles at Wheelock Street Capital, OYO Mountainia USA, Goldman Sachs & Co, and Host Hotels & Resorts. LeRoy received his BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

MANAGING PARTNER

Andrew has nearly a decade of real estate investment experience across acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to Après, Andrew was a Vice President at Eldridge Acre Partners, a private real estate investment firm, where he sourced, underwrote, and executed new investments across hotels, multifamily, and mixed-use, while overseeing ongoing asset management. Andrew has advised Après since its founding in 2019. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
